In a world of shadows and secrets, Harry Dobbs, a private detective with a voice as rough as a gravel road but a demeanor as comforting as a warm hearth, finds himself entangled in a web of intrigue and deception. Hired by the cryptically alluring Miss Dolan, Harry is tasked with tailing her dubious lover, a man whose life is more labyrinthine than anyone could have predicted.
