Plot

In the tempestuous heart of the unforgiving ocean, a plane meets its tragic end, its remnants spewing forth a band of military schoolboys who manage to reach the sanctuary of an uncharted island. At the helm of this motley crew is Ralph, a beacon of order amidst chaos, who swiftly organizes the boys, handing out duties like a seasoned general. Yet, beneath the veneer of routine and order, the seeds of rebellion stir. When fire, their only signal to the outside world, is neglected by the reckless Jack Merridew, their chance at salvation - a passing helicopter - vanishes into the horizon. This pivotal moment cleaves the group into two factions, one under Ralph's calculated leadership and the other under Jack's rule. Jack, far from a benevolent leader, spirals into the depths of primitivism. He manipulates the boys' fear of the unknown, crafting it into a tool as sharp and fearsome as a spear. His reign, steeped in fascism and barbarism, sees the island transform into a savage hunting ground, where chasing pigs and pilfering from Ralph's group becomes the new order of the day. As the boys descend into a primal abyss, the island's lush paradise becomes a battleground, its tranquil silence broken by the echoes of conflict, betrayal, and a terrifying descent into the human capacity for violence. This chilling tale of survival and savagery, "Lord of the Flies", is a haunting mirror held up to civilization, reflecting its darkest corners and deepest fears.
