Plot

In the year 1922, Madrid teeters on the brink of transformation, caught between age-old traditions and the daring allure of Jazz, Freudian theory, and cutting-edge artistry. The city witnesses the arrival of Salvador Dali, a young man of 18, brimming with the ambition to etch his name in the annals of great artists. His peculiar amalgam of timidity and uninhibited showmanship catches the eye of the university's crème de la crème, Federico Garcia Lorca and Luis Bunel. Salvador finds himself drawn into their hedonistic circle, forming a trio that becomes the epitome of modernism in Madrid. As time weaves its intricate pattern, Salvador is increasingly magnetised towards the charismatic Federico, who remains blissfully unaware of this attention, engrossed in his own admiration for his beautiful writer friend, Magdalena. Luis, feeling left out and fueled by his own artistic aspirations, departs for Paris, leaving Salvador and Federico to their own devices. Their friendship evolves during a summer retreat in the picturesque seaside town of Cadaques, nestled amongst the Dali family's love and the serenity of the idyllic surroundings. Federico finds himself captivated, not only by the beauty of the place but also by the depth of his connection with Salvador. This bond deepens, as they share their innermost thoughts, dreams, and secrets, discovering a profound love that transcends the ordinary. It is not just a meeting of minds, but a fusion of souls - an uncharted territory of affection and understanding.
