Legend of the Lost Tomb (1997)

Beneath the looming shadows of the majestic Pyramids, eminent archaeologist Dr. Leonhardt stumbles upon a mysterious box, a relic that holds a treasure map of the Pharaoh Ramessess II. As he attempts to turn this artifact over to the local authorities, his path is crossed by his arch-rival, the sinister Dr. Bent, who kidnaps him for his own malevolent purposes. Unbeknownst to Bent, the papyrus map falls into the hands of Karen, Leonhardt's dutiful student assistant, and John, his brave son.
