Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005)

New York thief Harry Lockhart came to L.A. to steal diamonds, not wind up on the silver screen. By chance, he stumbles into a Hollywood party where he's mistaken for a legitimate guest, encouraged to audition for a new film and swept up in a murder mystery. A party guest is found dead, and somehow Harry finds himself assigned to the case as an informal detective. Now, Harry must maintain his secret identity while tracking a killer.
