In the mystical realm of 12th century France, a chivalrous knight and his devoted valet find themselves ensnared in the malevolent machinations of a wicked witch. Desperate to mend their reality, they seek the assistance of a wizard, hoping his magic can undo the witch's curse. However, their plans crumble when an enchantment goes awry, catapulting them through the vortex of time into the heart of the year 2000 in Chicago.
