In the heart of Rome, we meet Romeo, a once-celebrated musician in his 40s, haunted by the echoes of his sole hit two decades ago. Guided by a mystical fortune teller, he embarks on a quest for love and fortune, chasing the promise of a foreign singer bearing the name of a flower. His journey leads him to Brussels, where he encounters Marguerite, a seasoned chanteuse deeply devoted to Jacques Brel's melodies and her overly energetic canine companion.
