Plot

In the chilling darkness of the night, Alex and Josie, two friends entwined in a sinister pastime, stalk the unsuspecting. Their disturbing hobby of trailing strangers takes a terrifying twist when Alex, emboldened by the thrill of the chase, breaches the sanctity of a stranger's home, only to be caught in the act. But rather than facing the cold hand of justice, he is ensnared in a far more alarming scenario. The couple, haunted by the loss of their son Timmy, are inexplicably drawn to Alex, his striking resemblance to their deceased child igniting a twisted fascination. Instead of alerting the authorities, they urge him to remain, birthing an eerie semblance of their broken family. Thrust into this macabre situation, Alex spirals into a nightmarish existence, teetering on the edge of desperation, despair, and madness. As the couple's delusion intensifies, and they start seeing him as their lost son reborn, his only hope of escape is the increasingly suspicious Josie. As she unravels the truth behind Alex's sudden disappearance, a harrowing game of survival begins. Inside (2006) immerses you in an unsettling world where obsessions blur the lines between reality and delusion, revealing the terrifying extent of grief and desperation.
