Ice (1994)

In the glitz and shadows of Los Angeles, a series of daring jewel heists have left the city's elite in fear and the police confounded. Sixty million dollars worth of dazzling diamonds have vanished without a trace. The prime suspect, the sinister mobster Malta, remains elusive, leaving the law enforcement's efforts in vain. Meanwhile, an insurance company takes an unorthodox approach and recruits the cunning yet minor criminals - Ellen and Charley, a married couple with a knack for thievery.
