In the treacherous underworld of Baja's drug cartels, Cully (Tom Sizemore), a streetwise hustler and trusted driver, dares to steal a car laden with cash from his formidable boss, Jefe (Raymond J. Barry). This audacious act triggers a ruthless chase, dragging Cully into the crosshairs of a relentless assassin (Kevin Gage) and a gang of savage thugs under the command of a rival gang leader (Noel Gugliemi).
