Hush (2008)

In the hushed hours of the night, a weary Zakes Abbott navigates the motorway, his girlfriend Beth peacefully oblivious in slumber beside him. His fatigue causes him to miss an exit, and in his haste, he narrowly avoids a collision with an anonymous white van. This provokes the wrath of the van's driver, who retaliates with a pursuit that unearths a horrifying secret: the fleeting glimpse of a woman, bound and smeared with blood in the van's rear.
