In the small, vibrant town of India, the wealthy Angar Chand reigns supreme with his wife, Parvati, and their four sons—Balram, Kishan, Shakti, and Jai. The family is steeped in tradition, poised on the precipice of a major event as Balram approaches marriageable age.
