Plot

Living amidst the concrete jungle of the city with her mother Christine, Lou believes she's the last of her lineage. Her world takes a sudden twist when she uncovers the startling truth that her grandparents have been alive all along and her grandfather, Yngve, just passed away. Suddenly, she finds herself under the same roof as her elusive grandmother, her life upended. As she navigates her new reality, she is enveloped by the chaotic charm of Frida, a grieving woman channeling her sadness into helping the rough-and-tumble 10-year-old Tom discover his hidden talents. Amidst the whirlwind of Frida and Tom's playful mischief, romance knocks unexpectedly on Lou's door when Henrik falls profoundly in love with her. Lou grapples with this new emotion and finds herself facing the challenge of acknowledging her own worth and the power of her choices. As she embarks on this journey of self-discovery, Lou is confronted with the profound question of what the true meaning of Home really is.
