South Sudanese refugees Bol and Rial believe they have left horror behind in their war-torn home country, but as they struggle to settle into their new house in England as refugees, it becomes increasingly clear that something has followed them across the ocean and into what is supposed to be their safe haven. Rial believes that it is a kind of witch and that the two are paying a terrible price for the actions they took that allowed them to escape from South Sudan. Now they must find a way to appease the entity if they can.
