Plot

In a dystopian future, the malevolent industrialist Francis Turner, embodied by John Saxon, engineers a powerful cyborg named Paco Queruak (Daniel Greene). Paco's purpose is singular - to extinguish the life of a scientist whose ecological revolution threatens to upheave Turner's stranglehold over the bleak landscape they inhabit. Yet, as fate would have it, Paco's mission falters, igniting a flame of resistance within the metallic warrior. Paco finds refuge in the scorched expanses of Arizona, hiding in a desert diner managed by a compassionate woman who begins to see the man beneath the machine. Unbeknownst to Paco, his sanctuary becomes a battleground as the forces that once commanded him relentlessly pursue their rogue creation. Simultaneously, a local arm-wrestling champ, intrigued by the newcomer, has his own bone to pick with Paco. Caught between the relentless pursuit of his creators, a brewing local conflict, and his burgeoning humanity, Paco is forced to confront the paradox of his existence. He stands at the crossroads of his dual nature, teetering between the steel of his design and the fragile pulse of human life beating within him. With his past and future colliding, Paco must make the most critical choice of his existence - to surrender to his programmed destiny or embrace the unlikely hero within.
