In the heart of ambition, Blake, a gifted acting student lives in a world of dreams too grand for his present reality. With a knack for losing minimum wage jobs and a dangerous flirtation with the treacherous world of gambling, Blake's life teeters on the edge of chaos. His best friend, Elliot, is his partner in misadventure, while his dependable older sister, Angela, serves as a beacon of stability. Angela's hospitalization following a car accident, however, throws open the door to an unusual opportunity.
