The news of the notorious 'Dandy's' return from the United States sends ripples through every corner: Inspector Knauer scrambles to dust off old files of the infamous con artist, while his father-in-law, the recently retired Supreme Court Judge Zaenker, assembles his comrades for a significant meeting at the illustrious Palace-Hotel.
