In the dystopian year of 2043, the notorious terrorist General Vega is apprehended and confined to a maximum-security fortress. As the wheels of justice slowly turn, four of the most elite Future Cops - Ti Man, Lung, Broom Man, and Ah Sing - are dispatched to round up the General's most dangerous henchmen: Kent, Thai King, and Toyota. However, in a daring turn of events, these hardened criminals escape to the year 1993 through an experimental time machine, plotting to assassinate Judge Yu Ti Hung in his school years, before he can pass the condemning judgment on General Vega.
