Plot

As spring breathes life into the new season, Funland prepares to unfurl its colourful tapestry of amusement for thrill-seekers and fun-lovers alike. Angus Perry, the steadfast owner of this cherished park, resolutely resists the insidious advances of a dubious development company. Yet, days later, Perry is found lifeless, and the shadowy corporation, with Maurio DeMauro at the helm, voraciously acquires his shares. Driven by unquenchable greed, they begin to reshape Funland into a less wholesome haven, replacing the family-friendly attractions with darker, more sinister rides. Amidst the tumult, Bruce Burger, the park's whimsical clown mascot, is left in a whirlwind of despair. Once Neil Stickney, one of the park's founders and its diligent accountant, he had suffered a cataclysmic breakdown. Retained out of compassion by Perry, he has since retreated into the comforting illusion of his alter ego, Bruce Burger, to the point where he perceives himself and Stickney as distinct individuals. The arrival of an egotistical newcomer, Chad Peller, who is set to usurp his role, sends Burger spiralling further into the abyss of his fractured reality. As the ghost of Perry haunts the park's corridors, Burger is visited by the ethereal figure, who reveals the truth of his untimely demise - a ruthless murder. Fuelled by wrath, Burger plots the park's downfall, his vengeful gaze first falling upon his despised replacement. In the heart of the once jovial Funland, a terrifying game of cat-and-mouse ensues as the deposed mascot embarks on a chilling hunt for the clowns who stole his identity, his sanity, and his beloved park. As Bruce Burger's warped reality blurs with the sinister new world of Funland, the park transforms into a battleground, echoing the madness of a clown scorned.
