Plot

When a cadre of American students, including the besotted Charley Brewster and his compatriot "Evil" Ed Bates, journey to Romania for an immersive university experience, they encounter far more than they bargained for. Their studies are steeped in intrigue and terror as they cross paths with the tantalizing Arts Professor Gerri Dandridge. By day, Dandridge beguiles her students with her mind and beauty, but when night falls, the seductive professor reveals her true, bloodthirsty nature. Witnessing a chilling scene from his window, Charley stumbles upon Dandridge's dark secret. The alluring professor is not merely an academic but a vampire who bathes in the blood of women to maintain her eternal youth. As one student after another mysteriously disappears, Charley finds himself entangled in a web of fear and uncertainty, with his heart's desire, Amy Peterson, at the center of it all. The plot thickens when Charley uncovers Dandridge's ominous plan: to drain and bathe in the blood of a "new moon virgin," who, to his horror, is his ex-love, Amy. Determined to save Amy from a fate worse than death and break Dandridge's lethal curse, Charley and "Evil" Ed seek the help of an unlikely ally - Peter Vincent, the vampire-slaying host of the TV show "Fright Night." As the Romanian night descends, the trio embarks on a perilous mission to not only save Amy but also to drive a stake through Dandridge's nefarious plan, culminating in a battle against the clock in the eerie underground swimming pool of Dandridge's ancient castle. In this chilling tale of lust, terror, and bravery, they must harness their courage to rescue Amy and put an end to the reign of the sexy, deadly vampire professor.
