Flight of Fury (2007)

In the heart of a shadowy military detention center, ace Air Force pilot, John Sands, is held captive. Subjected to a chemical oblivion to erase the classified knowledge that makes him a threat to his dubious superiors, Sands is a man on the brink. However, his incarceration is interrupted when a sophisticated Air Force Stealth Bomber, the X-77 - a masterpiece of cloaking technology - is snatched by the corrupt pilot, Ratcher. In the midst of this turmoil, General Tom Barnes, Sands's former commander, learns of his predicament. Recognizing Sands as Ratcher's mentor, he proposes a risky bargain: freedom for Sands if he can reclaim the X-77. Shipped off to the rugged terrains of northern Afghanistan with wingman Rick Jannick, Sands is thrust into a volatile mission under the watchful eye of Admiral Frank Pendleton and his fleet in the Gulf of Arabia. However, their arrival in Afghanistan is met with a chilling sight: a Navy SEAL team, meant to support them, has been eradicated by the cold-blooded Eliana Reed. Soon, Jannick is snatched by Eliana and delivered to her boss, the ruthless Peter Stone - the mastermind behind the X-77 theft. Stone, a product of a Muslim mother and British father, harbors a vendetta against the U.S. for his mother’s death during Desert Storm. Fueled by resentment, he funds terrorist groups, notably the Black Sunday organization, and has grand plans for the stolen X-77. With its ability to evade detection, he aims to deploy two lethal biological bombs on Europe and the USA, a horrifying act of retaliation for his mother's death. In the face of this rising menace, Sands connects with his allies Jessica and Rojar in a village near Stone's heavily fortified compound. A daunting mission lies ahead - to infiltrate Stone's lair, bypass the battalion of mercenaries, rescue Jannick, and thwart the catastrophic plans of Ratcher, Eliana, and Stone. With the stakes higher than ever, Sands, Jessica, and Rojar must summon all their courage and cunning to navigate the storm that awaits them.
