Flicka 2 (2010)

When city-dwelling teenager Carrie is thrust from her familiar urban life into the untamed wilderness of a Wyoming horse ranch, her world is turned on its head. Suddenly under the guardianship of her estranged father, Hank McLaughlin, who inherited the ranch from his brother, the transition is anything but smooth. She resents her father, a man robbed of the chance to learn fatherhood, and loathes the rustic life that seems to be her new destiny. However, when a wild, jet-black mustang named Flicka saves Carrie from the deadly strike of a rattlesnake, a bond between girl and horse is forged amidst the struggle of recovery.
