Prom Night (1980)

Six years ago, a playful day turned into a chilling nightmare when young Robin Hammond fell to her untimely death through a shattered window at an abandoned convent near Hamilton High School. The horrific accident was witnessed by her four friends, Kelly Lynch, Jude Cunningham, Wendy Richards, and Nick McBride, who were all too aware of their inadvertent role in the tragic incident. Terrified of the consequences, they made a pact to bury the secret deep, locking away the truth of how their taunts had cornered Robin into her fatal fall. Fast forward to the present day, and the haunting past is about to collide with the glitz and glamour of the senior prom. Robin's sister, Kim, is on the verge of being crowned Prom Queen, bringing a sense of normalcy back to the Hammond family. However, the joyous occasion is about to be tainted by a sinister twist. Someone else was there on that fateful day, someone who saw everything and has been silently nursing a desire for blood-soaked vengeance. As the night of the prom arrives, the high school's echoing halls turn into a playground for a maniacal stalker. One by one, Kim's friends start disappearing, painting a terrifying picture that something is horribly amiss. The once lively school corridors are now shadowy labyrinths, filling with an ominous dread as every corner could hide the vengeful specter set on turning the prom into a chilling tableau of retribution. In this senior prom, where some don crowns and others fear for their lives, the secrets of the past are about to be unfurled.
