In the bustling heart of New York City, Sean, a savvy advertising executive, orchestrates an unlikely holiday residence swap with Owen, a small-town handyman with a passion for music. Escaping from a botched proposal, Sean trades his swank urban loft for the cozy charm of Owen's North Carolina cottage. Simultaneously, Owen navigates the concrete jungle, finding himself ensnared in a whirlwind of city life and unexpected flirtation with Halo, an ambitious model-actress-singer living in his new apartment building.
