Plot

In a world steeped in absurdity and the inevitable bleakness of existence, Musa, a humble bookkeeper in the customs office, meanders through life's labyrinth with an eerie calm. His belief in life's emptiness creates a bubble of indifference around him, allowing him to float adrift on the currents of fate and circumstance without struggle or resistance. When death wraps its spectral arms around his mother, Musa's reaction is far from typical. Instead of mourning, he finds an unexpected joy, as if he is freed from the chains of emotional obligation. In his quest to avoid making any significant decisions, he succumbs to a loveless marriage with a persistent coworker. A woman he holds no passion for becomes his wife, simply because she desires it. His world, where others battle their fate with will and force, he remains a silent observer, indifferent to the unfolding drama of his own life. However, the tranquil waters of Musa's existence take a tumultuous turn when he is arrested for the horrific death of a mother and her two children. A crime he didn't commit becomes his unjust cross to bear, pushing his fatalistic passivity to the brink of absurdity. Even then, Musa's reaction, or lack thereof, paints a portrait of a man lost in the vast expanse of life's meaninglessness, making "Fate" an intriguing exploration of the human condition.
