Plot

In the gritty action drama, Eye of the Tiger, war veteran and former convict Buck Matthews (Gary Busey) is tossed back into a battle zone, not in the humid jungles of Vietnam, but in his own hometown - a humble Midwest hamlet now infested by a ruthless motorcycle gang. Fresh from the confines of state prison, Buck's homecoming is marred by chaos and corruption, with the gang leaving a trail of turmoil in their wake. The town sheriff (Seymour Cassel), a puppet dancing on the strings of the formidable biker leader Blade (William Smith), turns a blind eye to Buck's pleas for justice after an unspeakable tragedy strikes his family. The bikers' malevolence claims the life of his wife and leaves his innocent daughter deeply traumatized, pushing Buck into a corner of desperation and solitude. Undeterred, Buck embarks on a relentless quest for vengeance. Drawing strength from his war-torn past and the support of his fellow Vietnam vet, Deputy J.B. Deveraux (Yaphet Kotto), Buck prepares for a solitary war. Armed to the hilt and backed by an unlikely alliance with his former cellmate, a Miami-based drug czar, Buck declares open season on the motorcycle marauders. As he wages this personal war with unyielding determination, Buck becomes a beacon of resistance, aiming to purge his town of the biker plague and reclaim the peace that was once theirs. The Eye of the Tiger is a thrilling journey of one man's fight against insurmountable odds, driven by love, loss, and a burning desire for justice.
