Plot

Demoted to a punishing beat on Staten Island, NYPD Detective Mike Logan finds himself exiled from the pulsating heart of Manhattan, a consequence of his brazen assault on a corrupt politician he believed escaped justice. However, one morning while en route to his new, less glamorous post, he stumbles upon a macabre discovery: a lifeless body afloat in the river's murky embrace. Despite the ire of his superior, Logan seizes the opportunity, asserting jurisdiction over the gruesome case in a desperate bid to claw his way back to his old precinct in Manhattan. A chilling murder mystery begins to unravel as Logan dives deep into the dark underbelly of the city, his quest for redemption intertwined with his pursuit of justice for the slain prostitute. Exiled from his familiar concrete jungle, Logan must navigate through uncharted territory, where every clue uncovered leads him closer to his past, his old precinct, and a truth more sinister than he ever imagined. Will solving the case pave his way back to Manhattan, or will it further cement his exile in Staten Island? The stakes are high, the danger imminent, and the path to redemption paved with peril in this gritty urban drama.
