In the year 1887, the Arizona Territory remains a vast, untamed frontier, a crucible of lawlessness and bloodshed long after the Civil War's end. Amidst this chaos, the notorious Tullis Crew, led by the driven and merciless Royce Tullis, embarks on a relentless vendetta. His mission: exact revenge on the twelve jurors who sentenced his brother to the hangman's noose, staining the land with a trail of vengeance. Isaac Ackerman, the last juror, becomes the final target for the vengeful wrath of Royce's six-gun. The Tullis Crew descends upon the Ackerman homestead, ruthlessly eliminating Isaac and his wife, and abducting their adolescent daughter, Ruth. With the relentless pursuit of US Marshall Quincy Foster and former US Calvary Scout Carson Garret hot on their heels, the outlaws flee north, intending to sell Ruth into the unforgiving world of slavery. However, the crew loses their path and stumbles upon the secluded settlement of Eminence Hill. This town is a sanctuary in the wilderness, constructed by deeply religious settlers who have established a perceived heaven amidst a desert of depravity.
