In the chilling embrace of a horrifying car accident, a pregnant mother clings to life just long enough to be taken to a hospital. In the sterile confines of its walls, a groundbreaking experiment takes place as an underdeveloped fetus is extracted from its natural womb and placed within a technological marvel, an artificial womb.
