Eliminators (1986)

In the shadowy realm of renegade science, Abbot Reeves, a rogue genius, feverishly harnesses the power of time travel, thirsting to rewrite history to his advantage. His most audacious project is the creation of "Mandroid", a powerful cyborg born from the wreckage of a pilot named John, who fell from the heavens in a tragic plane crash. But when Reeves, drunk on power and ambition, orders the dismantling of Mandroid, the cyborg rebels against his creator. Escaping the clutches of the maniacal Reeves, Mandroid finds an unlikely ally in Dr. Nora Hunter, a robotics scientist with a heart as brilliant as her mind. In their quest, they cross paths with Harry Fontana, a rebellious river boatman with a roguish charm, and Kuji, the son of Dr. Takeda. Takeda, once a faithful assistant to Reeves, paid the ultimate price for aiding Mandroid's escape. United in their pursuit of justice, this band of unlikely heroes vows to thwart Reeves' nefarious plans.
