Plot

In a world where justice straddles the line between right and wrong, a masterful assassin emerges from the shadows. Notorious for his signature "double tap" – two bullets to the head – his identity and motives remain shrouded in mystery. But beneath the veil of his lethal profession, he may not be quite the cold-blooded killer he first appears to be. Enter Katherine, a tenacious undercover FBI agent with a squad of streetwise officers at her command. Their mission: to dismantle a nefarious drug ring. When one of her team becomes the target of the elusive "double tap" assassin, her world turns on its head as she survives the encounter. Her investigative instincts ignite, and she discovers a shocking truth – the assassin is a former policeman, his targets strictly those who stand beyond the reach of the law, the ones who truly deserve to meet their end. As she delves deeper into the murky underbelly of corruption, her path intertwines with that of the assassin. A complex dance of loyalty and betrayal begins as she finds herself falling for him, even as she continues her quest for justice. Yet, the assassin is not what he seems. He has a code: he eliminates pedophiles who prey on the innocent. This revelation leads to an unlikely alliance as Katherine hires him to eliminate Cypher, a notorious drug dealer. In the labyrinth of deception and dirty cops, Katherine struggles to discern friend from foe. With every twist and turn, she confronts the unsettling ambiguity of trust, caught in a high-stakes game where the line between hero and villain blurs. Will she navigate this treacherous terrain, or will she become yet another victim of the double tap?
