In the wake of a devastating earthquake that has fused Los Angeles and San Diego into one gritty mega-city, two orphaned brothers, Billy and Jimmy, find themselves under the watchful eye of Satori, a martial arts expert and guardian of an ancient secret. The boys are crafted into formidable warriors, their fists and feet honed to perfection under Satori's strict tutelage.
