In the whirlwind of high stakes and poor choices, four misfits - Aditya Shrivastav, Boman Contractor, Manav Shrivastav, and Deshbandhu Roy - find themselves stripped of their riches by the cunning police officer Kabir Nayak. Jobless and penniless, their lives take a drastic turn when they stumble upon the lavish lifestyle of Kabir, his wife Kamini, and sister Kiya.
In the shadow of Kabir's opulent existence, the quartet concocts a scheme to infiltrate his life, discovering his illicit affair with the sultry Gulabo. They use this information to blackmail Kabir, forcing him to include them in his prosperous ventures. Their plot thickens when they convince a gangster-turned-spiritualist, Bata Bhai, to invest in a dubious oil project.
However, things spiral out of control when they discover Kabir's elaborate con, leaving them humiliated and on the run, with a furious Bata Bhai hot on their heels. Seeking refuge in the glitz and glamour of Macau, they find an unlikely ally in the form of a local gangster, Mohsin Bhai.
Their journey takes a dramatic twist when they encounter Kabir, now the proud owner of the 'Four Jokers' Casino. Burning with the desire for revenge and driven by desperation, the foursome devise an intricate plan to not only reclaim their dignity but also to strip Kabir of his fortune, leaving him desolate and destitute.
