In the shadowy underbelly of West London, Okwe, a Nigerian immigrant with a past shrouded in secrecy, leads a double life. By night, he's a diligent hotel receptionist in an establishment more known for its illicit activities than its hospitality, run by the cunning Senor Sneaky. By day, he employs his extensive medical knowledge in an unconventional way, a testament to a history that whispers of a life once led as a physician. Amidst this daily struggle, he navigates a world fraught with danger as he evades the ever-looming Immigration officers, a dire consequence of his illegal status.
