In the heart of his luxurious penthouse, Conroy, a notorious playboy, is discovered dead, a bullet ending his indulgent lifestyle. Amid the ensuing chaos, the Falcon, alias Michael Watling (John Calvert), is approached by Ramon Delgado (Paul Marion), a man of questionable reputation.
