Plot

In the chilling wake of the President's demise, his successor finds himself embroiled in the cutthroat world of re-election campaigning. His journey takes an unexpected turn during a pitstop in the snowy expanses of Colorado, where a sudden blizzard confines him and his entourage to a quaint, small-town diner, commandeering the establishment from its proprietor and his French-Canadian server. Among the diner's patrons are a rugged local and a married couple, their lives about to be irrevocably altered by the unfolding geopolitical crisis. The atmosphere shifts from mundane to menacing as news breaks out - Iraq has stormed Kuwait, leaving scores of American soldiers dead. With the country's fate hanging by a thread, the President transforms his makeshift shelter into a war room. Broadcasting from this unlikely stronghold, he issues an ultimatum to Iraq - withdraw immediately or face nuclear retaliation. However, Iraq's response is chilling - they have 23 nuclear missiles trained on the United States, primed for launch. As tension tightens its grip, the civilians in the diner present a fresh perspective, their voices a stark contrast to the usual counsel of his advisors. This suspenseful film showcases the President's desperate bid to balance the scales of power, while trapped in a diner, miles away from the corridors of the White House.
