Plot

In a world of high-stakes and deception, Alex Stillman, a disillusioned law school graduate finds his true calling not in the shadow of his overbearing father's firm, but in the adrenaline-fueled world of Internet poker. His remarkable talent in the virtual gaming scene grabs the attention of the legendary Tommy Vinson, a former poker prodigy who stepped away from the game two decades ago for the sake of his wife. Brought together by a shared love for the game, Vinson offers to guide Alex, transforming his raw talent into a lethal weapon in the glitzy, cutthroat world of Las Vegas poker. Their alliance, though, is far from a friendly mentorship. Vinson demands a steep price: half of the fortune that Alex stands to win. The intense training, a blend of cunning bluffs and ruthless tactics, takes a sour turn when Alex finds himself ensnared by a femme fatale hired by Vinson. Their twisted mentor-protegé relationship takes an unexpected turn as they find themselves pitted against each other, not in the safe confines of their training grounds, but in the grand stage of the world poker tour finale. And so, the game turns into a high-stakes chess match where the seasoned ex-gambler and his hot-shot protégé are each other's greatest rivals. In the electrifying world of Deal, every hand is a battlefield, and every player, a potential nemesis.
