Plot

In the chilling shadows of scientific ambition lies the tale of the Delambre lineage, haunted by a past that carries the curse of the fly. A pioneering scientist, once entwined with a fly in a disastrous teleportation experiment, left behind a legacy that now burdens his son, Henri Delambre, and his two grandsons. Henri, portrayed by the charismatic Brian Donlevy, is driven by a relentless desire to refine the infamous matter transportation machine, even as his sons yearn for the simplicity of an ordinary life. The eldest son, Martin, yearns for more than just normality and stumbles upon love in a woman with a tormented past, freshly escaped from a mental hospital following her parents' demise. Despite initial resistance, Henri succumbs to his son's pursuit of happiness, hoping to foster a sense of unity within their fractured family. However, their domestic tranquility proves fleeting as their familial secret starts to unravel. The ghastly remnants of failed human experiments are unearthed by Martin's unsuspecting wife, and the specter of discovery looms as police inch closer to their concealed laboratory. In a desperate bid for escape, the family turns to the very machine that has been the source of their tribulations. Yet, as plans go awry, they find themselves caught in a web of suspense and horror, where the curse of the fly continues to cast its ominous shadow.
