Creeper (2012)

In a world where the internet is a breeding ground for predators and creeps, four friends - Cally, Heather, Erica, and Dana - decide to take matters into their own hands. They scheme to expose a particularly sinister individual lurking in the online shadows, and in the process, serve a taste of his own medicine to all men of his kind. Their search leads them to Jerry Tobin, a brooding mute Iraq war veteran heavily dependent on medication. In a twisted game of cat and mouse, they bait Jerry into performing disturbing tasks under the guise of reward, each act more grotesque than the last. Their sadistic fun, broadcasted on the social website ConnectMeNet under the title "Revenge on a Creeper," leaves Jerry's life in shambles. Humiliated and alone, he disappears into oblivion, leaving behind a digital trace of his degradation. But unbeknownst to the girls, they have awakened a beast lurking beneath Jerry's medicated surface. A year later, Jerry reemerges, unshackled from the chains of his antipsychotic regimen. His demons, no longer restrained, thirst for revenge against those who reveled in his downfall. The girls, once the puppeteers of this cruel game, now find themselves ensnared in a chilling fight for survival. As the hunter becomes the hunted, they must confront the horrifying consequence of their past actions. Will they outlive the vengeful wrath of the man they once tormented, or will their past sins come back to haunt them?
