Concorde Affair (1979)

In the sunny Antilles, seasoned reporter Moses Brody unexpectedly receives an intriguing call from his ex-wife, a fellow journalist, promising a groundbreaking story. Upon arrival, he finds her life tragically cut short. Undeterred, he plunges headfirst into the mystery she left behind: a doomed Concorde airliner, its wreckage hidden under the azure waves, victim to corporate sabotage. The company responsible, their South American empire imperiled by the new Concorde fleet, orchestrates the catastrophe. Pursuing the truth, Brody uncovers a sole survivor of the crash - a stewardess, whose existence is kept under wraps by unscrupulous criminals seeking to blackmail the guilty corporation. Despite the mounting danger and the authorities’ skepticism in the absence of solid evidence, Brody defiantly ventures alone into the den of the captors, his resolve to save the stewardess unyielding. In the heart of peril, he unravels another chilling revelation: another Concorde flight, departing from the foggy city of London, has been rigged to meet the same disastrous fate. With the sands of time slipping through their fingers, Brody and the stewardess must race against the clock, their mission clear: to convey the warning to London and avert the impending calamity. The suspense escalates as they grapple with their dire predicament, testing the limits of their courage and resourcefulness.
