In the whirlpool of life, Norval, a young man with a history marred by alcohol-related struggles, finds himself anchored in his mother's comforting home. His existence, though, is tinged with the haunting specter of emotional emptiness. A sudden letter from his estranged father, like a beacon in the fog, promises a chance at reconciliation and the emotional completion he yearns for. Compelled by the allure of this prospect, Norval embarks on a journey to his father's isolated, picturesque abode by the waterfront. The reunion, however, is far from the comforting embrace he envisioned. His father's peculiar behavior, marked by unsettling remarks and a potentially unhealthy reliance on alcohol, casts a dark shadow over their reunion. Soon, Norval's dream of a heartfelt father-son bond starts to crumble, replaced by a chilling realization. Instead of a familial reunion, he finds himself trapped in a living nightmare, a far cry from the emotional fulfillment he hoped to find.
