In the whimsical world of "Chef Donald" (1941), our feathered protagonist, Donald, finds himself engrossed in a riveting radio cooking show, attempting to whip up a batch of waffles. However, a humorous mix-up sees him substituting rubber cement for baking powder, leading to a series of hilarious mishaps. The waffle batter morphs into an unruly creature of its own, with the consistency of a rubber band, causing his spoon to be ensnared and transforming the mixing bowl into a makeshift airplane, whirling around the room.
