Plot

In a world that's obsessed with appearances, Alexa's life is a shimmering model of perfection. Her son Beau is a beacon on the high school football field, while her daughter Rayven shines brightly in the academic arena. The final jewel in her crown of success is her husband, the dynamic CFO of a rapidly expanding start-up. However, the sudden demise of her father ripples through this picture-perfect façade, compelling Alexa to tread the path of self-discovery. Life, she realizes, is not a canvas of pretenses, but a mosaic of truths. This revelation acts as a catalyst, reigniting her faith and reframing her understanding of family. But the true test of her newfound wisdom comes when her seemingly flawless children stumble. Beau, the star athlete, is ensnared in a scandal of underage drinking, and Rayven, the diligent scholar, teeters on the brink of academic dishonesty. It is in these moments of crisis that Alexa must lean into her rediscovered faith and redefined sense of family. She learns to trust in a power greater than herself, understanding that her family's strength is not in their perfection, but in their unity and resilience. 'Catching Faith' is thus a compelling journey of a woman who learns to look beyond the glossy surface of life, finding beauty and strength in authenticity, faith, and the bonds of family.
