Plot

In the throbbing heart of a deadly pandemic that originated from the DMZ, the world crumbles under the devastation that has swept across the US and North Korea. Two months into this global crisis, a man named Carter stirs from oblivion, his memory a blank slate and his past a haunting void. His awakening is far from gentle, marked by a mysterious device embedded in his skull and a lethal bomb ticking away inside his mouth. A voice, as enigmatic as the circumstances themselves, resounds in his ears, guiding him through a labyrinth of survival. With no recollection of his identity or how he arrived at this perilous juncture, Carter finds himself tossed headlong into a perilous operation. He must navigate this deadly maze, decipher the cryptic clues of his existence, and unravel the identity of the voice that has dubbed him 'Carter'. The journey is fraught with danger, as Carter is pursued relentlessly by the relentless machinations of the CIA and a North Korean coup. Every step he takes, every breath he draws, is a gamble with death. As the clock ticks down, Carter must piece together his shattered past and outwit his pursuers in a race against time, all while the specter of an impending explosion lingers ominously in his mouth. 'Carter' (2022) is a riveting tale that blends the terror of a global pandemic with the suspense of a high-stakes espionage thriller, promising a heart-stopping journey into the unknown.
