Beneath the grandeur of Candleshoe Manor, an English estate steeped in history and tradition, lies a centuries-old secret. This hidden treasure has lured Harry Bundage, a crafty con artist, who discovers the clue to a fortune that could be resting right under Lady St. Edmund's nose, the dignified yet unsuspecting resident of the manor.
