Cabin Fever (2002)

Five friends head off to the woods to spend time together in an isolated cabin. Immediately upon arrival, the friends are confronted by a strange man with a disgusting skin condition. The man asks desperately for help, but the friends refuse and act out without thinking. Soon, the friends find themselves with their own inflictions. As if that wasn't made enough a group of homicidal locals are interested in who is staying at the cabin.
