In the gritty landscape of Germany, a sharp-witted Russian immigrant, seventeen-year-old Sascha Naimann, navigates an existence far more complex than typical adolescence. When a local newspaper article dares to paint her mother's killer in a sympathetic light, Sascha, fuelled by her rage, pens a fiery rebuttal to the editor. Struck by her fervor, the editor offers his home as a temporary refuge, unwittingly sparking a tense triangle of relationships between Sascha, himself, and his son Felix. As she treads this unexpected path, Sascha grapples with her trauma, her thirst for revenge, and the complexities of her burgeoning relationships, painting a raw and riveting portrait of resilience and determination.
