Plot

In the heart-wrenching tale of 'Broken', we trail the journey of Evie, a resilient Parisian woman seeking sanctuary from a haunted past. Escaping to the quintessential charm of England, she embarks on a new chapter, only for her past to linger in the shadows. Securing a position as an agency carer, Evie is entrusted with the daunting responsibility of caring for John, a patient imprisoned within his own body due to tetraplegia. This role, however, proves to be more than a simple task, stirring the turbulent waters of her memories. The line between duty and torment becomes blurred, as the weight of her job plunges Evie deeper into her own psychological abyss. As the past and present intertwine in a chilling dance, Evie is forced to confront her own moral compass. The relentless guilt, shame, and the demanding nature of her job converge into a terrifying vortex of circumstances. However, the breaking point is near, and it's only a matter of time before the pressures of her reality reach a critical level. In the harrowing world of 'Broken', the boundaries of care and responsibility are tested, and the haunting echo of a painful past resurfaces. Will Evie withstand the storm or will she, too, end up broken?
