In the bustling world of Boss Engira Baskaran, we are introduced to the carefree and happy-go-lucky Baskaran, affectionately known as Boss (Arya). As an unemployed young man, he is the black sheep of his loving family, which includes his older, unmarried brother Saravanan (Subbu), a 45-year-old veterinarian.
