As another grueling year of logging work reaches its finale, Logger Vick is consumed by a deep longing for home. But, his meager savings fall short of procuring him a ticket on the homeward train. Undeterred and downcast, Vick devises a plan to bridge the financial gap - a relentless spree of tree chopping! The forest trembles as timber after timber falls, echoing the alarm of impending destruction. Briar Bear and Bramble Bear, the guardians of the forest, rally their fellow woodland creatures to thwart Vick's newest wave of deforestation. They pull out every whimsical trick from their arsenal to secure victory. But, their fight takes a dramatic turn when they uncover the heart-rending reason behind Vick's frantic actions - a desperate attempt to return to his cherished hometown for the holiday season.
